Reading Time: ( Word Count: )

As if the message of The Beauty of Life couldn’t be clearer, I’ve decided to – every so often – acknowledge different things that are really lighting my fire. You know how those things tend to come into your life exactly when you need them?!

And sometimes when you didn’t even know you needed them!

You know I love embracing the little things that make you stop and think, maybe make you see things a little differently, and just generally emphasise how great this life of ours is (especially when we forget sometimes!)

Take a Break Course

Coming to the end of my contract on The Bachelor and full time work since January and, I can tell you, I’m looking forward to a much-needed break. It’s that end of the year exhaustion that I’m sure we all feel. Some days I want to run away to a tropical island to just get away from everything.

Lizzie, who I can describe as nothing else but my soul sista, has just launched a 7-day eCourse to remind you that it’s okay to take a break every now and again. From life, from relationships, from work – whatever it is you need. I love the knowing passion with which she writes and the permission she gives to just let go sometimes and give yourself a break.

Check it out here and thank me later!

Messages from wonderful people

You know when you put something out into the world, whether it be a thought, a tweet, something at work, a website, a concept, an eCourse and it is TERRIFYING. Well that’s what you can expect from launching a new site, publishing posts, and launching an eCourse in one week.

It’s balls out, ‘this is me’ vulnerability that is either going to make or break you.

Well, I did all of that and I have to say, the overwhelming support and encouragement has blown me away. Emails, FB messages, and comments from friends, family, and strangers have filled my heart up.

I’m so grateful for the wonderful people in my life. I can’t thank you enough.

Desire and Destiny – 21 Day Meditation Experience

Deepak Chopra meditation

I’ll tell you right now, I’m a meditation n00b. I never really understood the purpose or the point of meditation and, to be completely honest, I still struggle both with making the time and with clearing my busy mind (two reasons I definitely need more of it in my life!)

Earlier in the year I did Deepak Chopra and Oprah’s 21 Day Miraculous Relationships Meditation challenge and found it so helpful to getting a better understanding of meditation and the benefits of doing it regularly, plus making me more mindful about my relationships.

I feel like the Desire and Destiny Meditation Experience is so in line with what I’ve been working on lately and, although I’m only two days in, I highly recommend it if you need a little help tapping into what you really want in life (it’s free!)

Come on, what are you loving at the moment. Take a second to let that gratitude shine and pop it in the comments below. You’ll feel so good for sharing and you might make someone’s day!
