Megan Dalla-Camina is one of those powerhouse women whose accolades and achievements are pages long. From her high flying corporate career working for companies such as IBM and PwC to her successful business, books, and now her new enterprise, Lead Like a Woman, extraordinary is definitely a fitting way to describe her.

I first met Megan last year through the online community, B School, and was surprised when she recently revealed to me that she identifies as more introverted, even as she explains in the episode, this is a new revelation to her as well.

Megan Dalla-Camina is a strategist, speaker, writer, and researcher passionate about changing the conversation on women, leadership and work. She has significant experience in all aspects of women’s leadership; from leading the gender strategy at IBM for almost a decade, being a founding implementation leader in the Male Champions of Change initiative lead by the Australian Human Rights Commissioner, to now being a sought after strategist, thought leader and researcher creating a new frontier for women and work.

Megan won the inaugural NAB/Women’s Agenda award for Leader in the Private Sector, and she has been nominated for Telstra Business Woman of the Year twice.
