Frequently Asked Questions
Q: I haven’t started my business yet, is this for me?
A: Yes! This is a very personalised experience and I have worked with 100s of coaches, practitioners, digital course and product creators, and other service based business owners over the years. We have people who are just starting out, as well as more established business owners in the group.
Q: Do you guarantee this will improve my business?
A: I wish that I could, but I purposely don’t provide guarantees for this work because it is a co-created space. I will show up for you and the container 100% and ask that you do the same.
If you do that, if you commit to yourself and the work and show up and engage, I am very confident that you will start seeing and feeling big shifts in your life, your energy, and your business.
Q: What if I need more support?
A: You’re in luck! I specialise in business strategy, ideation, coaching and consulting. I only work 1:1 with a handful of people a year, but Emerge and Expand members get first access to my 1:1 offers.
Q: I’m an introvert. Will this be okay for me?
A: I can’t tell you either way, take a moment to feel into what feels right for you. But I can speak from experience that I’m about 13% extrovert (ie 87% introvert) and have found group experiences more enjoyable, energising, and expansive than 1:1.
Q: Can I cancel any time?
A: This is a 12-month program, not a membership. If you join, you’re with us for the full year, whether you choose the monthly payment option or pay in full. It’s set up as recurring annually to lock in your current price but you will get 30 days notice to decide if you wish to stay on or not!
There is a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund policy, if you decide it’s not for you when you get in there. And currently there is an option to join for 3 months if you would prefer, with the opportunity to stay on if you choose.
Q: What if I already have clients and a business?
A: The whole foundation of Emerge + Expand is that we’re building and evolving a sustainable ecosystem that helps you thrive in your business. It’s cyclical but there is always room for a beginner’s mind and expansion. The group has both new and fully established business owners in it, this is a super accessible way to get ongoing custom support for your next steps.
Q: What days and times are the live calls and sessions?
A: The live sessions are held in a private Zoom meeting across multiple times to cater to as many timezones as possible. The calls are:
Group Coaching Calls: Alternate Tuesdays 4pm PT (Wednesday 10am AEST and Thursdays 7am GMT/5pm AEST)
Coworking: Tuesday 5-7pm PT | Wednesday 11am AEST and alternate Thursday at 4pm AEST, Friday 4pm PT|Saturday 10am AEST
Q: How is the content provided?
A: This is a fully live experience through weekly Zoom calls, or asynchronous support through written and video feedback in your private custom Cozy Growth Plan. You also get access to other trainings, resources, and templates as required.
Q: What if I’m currently in another training or program and my business and website aren’t live?
A: It’s really important that you decide what your capacity is to make sure you can honour your commitments to yourself. But if you feel excited to get things up and running, you’ll be able to ride that momentum through after your graduate. Things aren’t always linear 😉
Q: How tech savvy do I need to be?
A: It’s entirely up to you HOW you create and share your content and offerings. There are so many options and you can start really simple.
I do recommend tools and software to automate parts of your business so it frees up your time and energy for better things.
