When I first started my own business, I did ‘all the things’. I did a coaching certification, I spent thousands on high end programs and coaches, believing that was the pathway to success.
I was a dream student. I learnt and implemented. I was often highlighted as a ‘success story’.
I got the results the programs promise – sold out coaching, a five-figure eCourse launch, ebooks and podcasts and speaking gigs.
I spent tens of thousands of dollars and then I completely burnt out and walked away from my business for 3 years.
I was exhausted and couldn’t see how it would be possible to continue following what I was being TOLD to do and grow my business the way I was supposed to.
And then I realised I’d been following someone else’s plan since the beginning. I wasn’t taking my own energy, strengths, needs, and desires into consideration – no wonder I was exhausted! I was an introverted, highly sensitive, Projector (in Human Design) trying to operate like an extroverted Generator.
When I returned to my business, I vowed to do it differently and to help my clients to not just do business differently, but to map out strategies in alignment with THEIR energy, strengths, needs, and desires (not squishing them into mine).

Q: I haven’t started my business yet, is this for me?
A: Yes! This membership contains all the things I say to every client who is just starting out or getting ready to launch. I wish someone had told me the things to get up and running FIRST, so I didn’t have to come back and fix lots of things later on.
Q: Do you guarantee this will improve my business?
A: I wish that I could, but I purposely don’t provide guarantees for this work because it is a co-created space. I will show up for you and the container 100% and ask that you do the same.
If you do that, if you commit to yourself and the work and show up and engage, I am very confident that you will start seeing and feeling big shifts in your life, your energy, and your business.
Q: What if I need more support?
A: You’re in luck! I specialise in business strategy, ideation, coaching and consulting. I only work 1:1 with a handful of people a year, but Emerge and Expand members get first access to my 1:1 and Incubator.
Q: I’m an introvert. Will this be okay for me?
A: I can’t tell you either way, take a moment to feel into what feels right for you. But I can speak from experience that I’m about 13% extrovert (ie 87% introvert) and have found group experiences more enjoyable, energising, and expansive than 1:1.
Q: Can I cancel any time?
A: You can cancel any time you like with the click of a button. I don’t want you spending money on something that’s not working for you!

Q: What days and times are the live calls and sessions?
A: The live sessions are held in a private Zoom meeting across multiple times to cater to as many timezones as possible. The calls are:
Live Training: 1st Wed of the month at 10am AEST
Q+A call 1: 2nd Wed of the month 10am AEST
Q+A call 2: 4th Thurs of the month 5pm AEST
Coworking: 11am AEST and 5pm AEST on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays (alt weeks)
Q: How is the content provided?
A: Through live training, recorded video workshops, audio content, workbooks, and other tools. We have our own private off-Facebook community where everything is in one place.
Q: What if I’m in training and my business and website aren’t live?
A: It’s really important that you decide what your capacity is to make sure you can honour your commitments to yourself. But if you feel excited to get things up and running, you’ll be able to ride that momentum through after your graduate. Things aren’t always linear 😉
Q: How tech savvy do I need to be?
A: It’s entirely up to you HOW you create and share your content and offerings. There are so many options and you can start really simple.
I do recommend tools and software to automate parts of your business so it frees up your time and energy for better things.
