I’ve been there too. 

Wondering if I could ever compete with the bigger personalities and energy of my extroverted friends to be seen and heard.

Or if I’d even have the energy to sustain the business and life I dreamed of.

Until I realised that what I was comparing myself to was what I’d been taught success ‘should’ look like.

As I came to better understand myself, I was able to see that success was for ME to decide. And how it looked for me might be different to ‘everyone else’.

The more I’ve embraced and accepted myself and my unique strengths, the more I’ve stopped looking at what others are doing. The less I’ve compared myself. And not only have I stopped fighting against who I am, I’ve started to make changes in my life that support me to be my best.


I created the quiet energy workshop series to support you to start understanding your energy and emotions as they are for you and how to move into aligned action from that place of finding your truth.

This workshop is designed to give you the basics of what it means to be an introvert, empath, and/or highly sensitive person and how our energy is different. 

In one-hour, you’ll start to observe your own energy, and have practical tools to better understand it and make changes to feel more energised in your life.


 One of the things highly sensitive people are told the most is that we’re too emotional and need to ‘toughen up’ to survive in the big, bad world. From the time we’re kids, we believe that our emotions are too much compared with how other people cope. 

This one-hour workshop will have you accepting your heightened emotions, allowing them to move through you, and redefining how you see your sensitivity.
