The Signal Email Generator
Paste your content. Get a ready-to-send email built on the Signal Formula.
A quiet invitation, not a broadcast.
A Signal Email is a short, curiosity-driven email (under 100 words) that promotes your content without naming it. No "tune in to this week's episode." No "I just published a post." The content is the signal. The email creates the pull.
Open with a specific, relatable tension. Not a question. Not "I want to share something." Choose one of four hook types based on your content.
Belief Reversal: I used to think [belief]. Except [what changed]. Decision Reveal: I had [plan]. Then [what shifted]. Before You...: Before you [action], this matters. If You're About To...: If you've been [effort] without [result], this is why.One sentence that frames the content as an insight, a shift, or an insider perspective.
Think: what would you say to a client before sharing this privately? Lead with that.
One to two sentences that gesture toward the value without giving it all away. You are not writing a summary. You are writing a door.
One clear, low-pressure direction. Mirror the hook type where possible.
- Belief Reversal → "This changes how you approach [topic]."
- Decision Reveal → "Before you decide anything, start here."
- Before You → "Before you [action], go here."
- Urgency/Insider → "Here it is, before it goes anywhere else."
Never say "listen to the podcast" or "read the blog post." Never name the format.
The Signal–Spotlight–Echo Workflow
Send the email.
Short, curiosity-driven, under 100 words. It creates the pull without naming the content.
Share the moment.
A social post that surfaces one insight. Not a recap. One idea, elevated. Directional CTA back to the full piece.
Follow up with proof.
A reply, a response screenshot, a follow-up note. Closes the loop and adds social proof without another full piece of content.
Your weekly workflow
Work through these in order.
