It might look like: 'This is how I reset my day using [modality] when it feels like everything is too much.' That's it. That's the post.

This does something that no amount of explanation can do: it shows that you back yourself. That you actually do the thing you're inviting other people into. You walk your talk.

When someone who struggles with anxiety sees you (a real person) use your practice on a real anxious morning and come out the other side, they don't wonder if it works for them. They saw it work.

So your action step isn't complicated: what are you navigating right now? What practice would you guide a client through if they came to you with exactly this? Do that. Then share what happened.
