Step 1 of 6

What are you currently doing?

Before you choose where to focus, get honest about where you already are. Too many platforms is a strategy problem, not a willpower problem. This step is about seeing it clearly - and maybe letting something go.

Starting out
You do not have a primary platform yet. That is fine. Your job here is to pick one and set sail. You can add a traffic driver later once you have built a consistent habit.
Already active
You have a platform you show up on consistently. Good. You are ready to think about a traffic driver too - a second platform that sends people to your primary.
Spread thin
You are showing up inconsistently on several platforms. You do not have a strategy - you have fragmentation. Something needs to go before you add or commit to anything new.
List them all, even the ones you have gone quiet on.
Getting results, inconsistent, draining, abandoned, unclear what to do there...
If nothing needs to go, write that. If something does, name it here - this is part of the plan.
Step 2 of 6

Choose your platform(s)

Your primary platform is where your community lives and where you consistently show up. Your traffic driver is what sends people there. These are two different jobs - and they work together.

Where do warm conversations or leads already come from? Where does your natural communication style fit - writing, video, audio, images? Where can you show up week after week based on your current capacity?
One sentence on why this makes sense for you right now.
Your Traffic Driver
The traffic driver sends people to your primary. Think: Substack + Pinterest. Instagram + YouTube. The traffic driver amplifies your primary - it does not compete with it. Beginners: leave this blank and come back once your primary is consistent.
What platform will you use to attract new people and send them to your primary? Leave blank if you are not there yet.
What is the connection? How does content on the traffic driver lead people to your primary platform?
Step 3 of 6

Your capacity and cadence

Name two versions of your showing up - and one anchor. We build for actual capacity, not the capacity we wish we had. A system designed for your best weeks collapses by week three.

What does showing up look like when energy is low? Your reference point, not a limit.
The fuller version of your rhythm. What you aim for most weeks - comfortable, not ambitious.
The one thing you will always do, even on your hardest day.
Step 4 of 6

Your weekly tasks

What actually needs to happen each week for your focus to move forward? Not aspirationally - actually. Balance projects and ongoing recurring tasks.

List everything - content creation, publishing, community, delivery, admin, outreach. One per line.
If this is all you complete, you are still moving forward.
Step 5 of 5

Coming back after a quiet stretch

Permission to pause. Not permission to stop completely. Decide now what returning looks like - before you need to know.

Your Anchor Action (from Step 3)
Complete Step 3 to see your anchor action here.
When you come back after a hard stretch, you return to your anchor - not your high-capacity week. Write it as a note to your future self.
