Every platform, half-built thing, course, idea, side quest. Don't organise it. Just get it out. A messy list, in no order, with nothing left out, is exactly right. Everything downstream depends on this pile being genuinely emptied.

This is where "I have nothing" becomes "I have more than I thought," usually in about four minutes. Most people don't count what they already hold. Work through each prompt slowly.

Sort your pile into the three places everything belongs. Most people find more in each column than they expected. The overwhelm was never missing pieces, it was trying to run all three at once. The anchors are fixed, the route is yours.

This is the whole logic. Answer honestly, not aspirationally. Start where the assets already are.

Pick the element that matters most right now. Then name one small step inside it, small enough for a low capacity week. You can change it whenever you need to.

Everything you're not doing yet, written down and dated for later. Parking something is far easier than dropping it, and it's what makes choosing one element survivable.
