“Who in the world am I? Ah, THAT’S the great puzzle.” – Alice in Wonderland

I’ve definitely been feeling more and more like Alice this past month, in fact, this year has left me feeling like I’ve been exploring my own little wonderland (and sometimes stumbling down rabbit holes at the same time).

Especially in the last month, since launching my eBook Shhh… An Introvert’s Guide to Creating Inner Calm, Outer Quiet, and an Exceptionally Beautiful Life.

I’ve learned SO much about myself from the time since I first started this particular project to where I am today. Going through the months of writing, re-writing, editing, working with others to project manage it, and – oh yeah – all the fun stuff that comes up along the way. The greatest thing about it has been the achievement of actually having a finished product in front of me.

The feedback has been wonderful and I’ve mostly just loved being able to put it out into the world. Thank you so much to every single person who has bought Shhh…, commented, emailed, or supported me in some way – there are no words to describe how lucky I am to have such wonderful people in my life.

As some way of hoping to express my thanks and gratitude, I’ve decided to share a little part of it with you, so you can check it out for yourself.

I could give you a page, an exercise, or a manifesto from it but what will you do with that? Download it and never look at it again? Most likely.

Instead, I want to give you the entire first chapter. This way you can take a look for yourself, get the starting point, read a bit, do an exercise and that might be enough to help get you out of a bind or give you a little more insight into this whole ‘introverted thing’.

The first chapter is about coming to understand yourself a little better. To pay attention to your unique energy and start to observe where your energy is going on a day-to-day basis.

One of my favourite quotes about energy is in this chapter (and you can print that up and stick it on the wall, if you were really just hoping for a free printable to add to your inspiration wall – no judgement here, my friend!).

In fact, here it is, you can just ‘save as’ and grab it. I think it, and Beth Buelow, are divine. I hope you do too:

It is my hope not that you see it and decide you just have to buy the book (although, of course, I wholeheartedly support that), but that if you can take one thing away from this one chapter, that you can start to see things in your life a little differently.

Just pop your details in the box below and get free instant access to the first lesson – “Know Yourself and Your Energy”.

Want to send me your thoughts, feedback or questions? I would be oh-so grateful as I’m putting together a post with testimonials and social media shares and I’d love to include you in that (with social media or website links back to you, of course).
