Reading Time: ( Word Count: )

surround yourself with others

Last week, I spent four days in Melbourne with some of the most beautiful women in my life. And there are so many words to describe my experience.

Gratitude. Joy. Connection. Laughter. Love.

(To name a few).

It made me oh-so aware of how important it is to find your women, ya know? And equally aware that words don’t feel like enough, so maybe pictures will help.

I can tell you, my heart was full by the end of my trip. Full to the brim.

And it reminded me that we have a choice. A choice about who we spend our time with, who gets our magical energy, who we let in to our inner circle.

HUGE shout out to Elizabeth (not pictured cos we were too busy talking), Clare, Kimberley, Rachael, Julie, Jade, Sue, Johanna, and Liz. What incredible women you are, thank you for being in my life.

If you’re not sure if you’re getting what you need from your relationships, put some time into working out what you want (and then go and find them).

Choose everyday to give your heart and soul to those worthy of your time and attention. People who lift, inspire, energise, support, encourage, and champion you to being the best version of yourself.

And just see how much more you can give back.

This was really beautiful Katherine. I so agree what we have a choice who we decide to spend our time with and who we give our energy to. When I started being more selective with who I spent time with I felt more connected to those I care about than ever.
    PS. Gorgeous photos!

Thanks, Chloe! It’s amazing how that happens. I think people are sometimes afraid to let go of relationships that don’t work, but I think it’s so important!
